ClearView Healthcare Partners, LLC seeks Strategy & Analytics (S&A) Engagement Managers in New York, NY.

Requirements

Manage 2 to 3 projects and all corresponding responsibilities at any given time.
Develop project scope and objectives
Provide thought partnership and support to the project team
Oversee and advise on communications with data vendors/internal teams/client teams for questions related to data sets, suggestion on methodology, data nuances, etc.
Foster and develop a high performance, strongly collegial and collaborative environment
Exhibit exceptional project management skills including raising issues to leadership early, designing impactful internal and external agendas and avoiding 'fire drills' with teams.
Elevate quality, clarity and simplicity of team outputs with early and clear direction, hypothesis-based thinking, simplification of storylines, impact of visuals and pithiness of writing.
Interact with internal and external teams to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space
Proactively collaborate with leadership such as engaging for thought partnership early, raising potential 'red flags' regarding client or team experience and around team performance
Consistently create a positive experience for all team members
Invest in mentorship within and outside of the project setting and commitment to high-quality coaching.
Perceived as a strong role model in the organization (e.g., helping others navigate various challenges in the client setting as well as within ClearView)
Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Job Titles of Subordinates: Analyst, Consultant

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Pre-medicine) or a related field plus 3 years of related experience.
Requires 3 years of experience with the following:
In-depth and detailed understanding of the life sciences industry
Leadership and mentorship
Analytic approaches to solving complex problems
Providing excellent client service in a consulting setting
Acting as the point of contact for external clients with an elevated level of intuition for the client’s organization to navigate through tough and problematic issues
Professional and polished written and oral communication
Leading projects and mentoring teams with limited support across various data project types (e.g., patient journey, forecast, conjoint, predictive modeling, segmentation, etc.)
Deep dives into business processes, data, and analytics
Supporting teams in developing detailed data analysis plans, patient-flow forecasts, full operational forecasts, or other complex data analysis
Complex data visualization using Power BI
Requires 1 year of experience with a project leadership role in a consulting environment.

Expected to work 40 hours/week in a hybrid office environment

Expected salary is $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
