Key Responsibilities

Benchmark performance across multiple divisions using KPIs (ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, bad debt, etc.).

Analyze forecasts, variances, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Review financial results for alignment with internal controls and GAAP.

Partner with operational and corporate teams to drive cost‑saving initiatives and strategic projects.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and help streamline close processes.

Conduct balance sheet analysis with a focus on inventory, reserves, working capital, and other key operational drivers.

Prepare internal management reports and support ad hoc financial analyses.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–5+ years of blended accounting and finance experience (manufacturing required).

Strong understanding of operational/plant finance; ability to connect numbers to on‑the‑floor activity.

Naturally curious, proactive, and someone who takes initiative without needing to be asked.

Plant finance, operations finance from a manufacturing perspective is desired.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus).

Strong communicator who can present insights clearly and concisely.

Able to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
