You will define product vision, translate company strategy into execution, and partner cross-functionally to ship products that materially move revenue, engagement, or platform leverage.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Product Strategy & Vision
Own product vision and roadmap aligned to company strategy.
Identify high-impact opportunities through user research, data analysis, and market insights.
Define success metrics and articulate clear tradeoffs.
Execution & Delivery
Write clear product requirements and user stories.
Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality features.
Customer & Market Insight
Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
Analyze behavioral data, funnels, and cohort performance.
Track competitors and emerging trends.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication
Present roadmap updates and business impact to senior leadership.
Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around launches.
Influence without authority across multiple teams.
Growth & Optimization (role-dependent)
Drive experimentation (A/B tests) and iterative improvements.
Support pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions.
Optimize acquisition, activation, and retention levers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Background
MBA from a top program or equivalent leadership experience.
Background in consulting, strategy, engineering, product, analytics, or entrepreneurship.
Prior exposure to technology-driven businesses preferred.
Product & Technical Skills
Strong product sense and customer empathy.
Comfort working with engineers and technical tradeoffs.
Data-literate: SQL, dashboards, or experimentation tools a plus.
