Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related analytical discipline
Prior experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or capital markets strongly preferred
Demonstrated interest in transitioning to venture capital or early-stage investing
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Ability to adapt traditional banking frameworks to early-stage and growth-company contexts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
