Were looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who loves the thrill of the hunt someone who finds great talent before theyre actively looking. This role is all about proactive sourcing, creative outreach, and building strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-impact roles like tree climbers, ground operators, heavy machine operator, and operational leaders.

What Youll Do
Proactively source candidates using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, databases, and creative outreach strategies
Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill field roles
Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Track and manage candidate activity accurately within the ATS
Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience from first contact onward
Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously refine sourcing strategies
Support diverse sourcing efforts and inclusive hiring practices
What You Bring
14+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
A knack for engaging passive candidates with compelling, authentic messaging
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, ever-changing environment
Nice to Have
Experience sourcing for service-based roles skilled trades, or field operations
Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (Team Engine, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.)
A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Hybrid/Remote role based out of Chicago, Il, Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA Bay Area, CA
