*Position Overview*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can step into an active workload and begin contributing immediately with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving construction environment. Electrical experience is preferred, but candidates with strong project management experience in any construction trade are encouraged to apply.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage multiple construction projects from kickoff through closeout
* Coordinate with field teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
* Review contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules
* Track budgets, change orders, and project costs
* Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
* Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication
* Identify and proactively resolve project risks and issues
* Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
*Qualifications*
* Project management experience in electrical construction preferred; other construction trades acceptable
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from day one
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency with construction documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
