Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Project Analyst to oversee software development activities and ensure products align with the needs and requirements of business stakeholders. This role bridges the gap between business partners and development teams, emphasizing Agile methodologies to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions. The Project Analyst will conduct detailed analyses, elicit requirements, manage product backlogs, and drive successful project outcomes through collaboration and proactive management. This role is remote and full-time .
What You'll Do
Collaborate with business partners to assess enterprise efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements for the development team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Conduct comprehensive analyses to produce quality assurance documentation, testing criteria, prototypes, and mock-ups, measuring results with precision
Identify and recommend enterprise-wide technology or process solutions to enhance operations
Provide feedback to the IT organization, suggesting improvements in IT services and operations
Analyze and oversee diverse projects and initiatives of varying sizes and scopes
Elicit detailed solution requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, and use cases
Coordinate vendor demos, guide decision-making processes, and recommend suitable solutions
Define requirement specifications using clear and concise natural language and standard templates
Take accountability for initiatives, ensuring business, operational, and IT deliverables are met
Develop communication plans and interfaces to facilitate seamless project execution
Define and track project milestones while maintaining an overall integrated delivery plan
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing requests based on organizational needs and stakeholder requirements
Create detailed, specific User Stories and time-appropriate tasks, ensuring clarity for development teams
Actively participate in Scrum meetings, product sprints, and Agile ceremonies.
Provide input into long-range planning for enhancements and future business systems implementation
Research and evaluate industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for database and communication systems
Respond to and resolve tickets in the KACE System, documenting problems and solutions accurately
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, design, and configuration to deliver IT outcomes that meet organizational needs
What You'll Need
Required:
Proven experience in Agile project management, business analysis, or a similar role
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and User Story development
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to produce complex documentation and measure results effectively
Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration, requirement elicitation, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Familiarity with enterprise software development, testing criteria, and quality assurance processes
Experience using project management tools and systems, such as Jira, Confluence, or KACE
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic workload effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and recommending solutions
Preferred:
Knowledge of industry trends in database systems and communication management
Experience with vendor evaluation and decision-making processes
Familiarity with long-range planning for IT systems and business solutions
Advanced proficiency in creating prototypes, mock-ups, and system specifications
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
