*Overview*
We are an established building materials supplier looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-responsibility role in a small business environment with room to grow.
This position combines inside sales, counter sales, and operational support, including order management, shipping and receiving, and inventory coordination. Industry experience is not required—we are focused on hiring the right person with strong character, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
*Responsibilities*
* Counter sales in person and over the phone
* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
* Prepare quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
* Assist customers with product selection and basic technical guidance
* Follow up on quotes and open orders
* Coordinate with yard staff for accurate order preparation
* Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
* Support day-to-day operations as needed

* Self-motivated and dependable
* Comfortable interacting with contractors and homeowners
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Confident communicator (phone and in person)
* Willing to learn products, systems, and processes
* Basic computer skills (email, order entry systems)
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
