*Role Overview* Join the Google Beam team to cover a critical family leave period. You will focus on the interaction design for 3D video calling features, specifically refining the 2D booking and scheduling flows that make 3D communication seamless.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Design high-fidelity interactions and user flows in Figma.
* Apply and contribute to an early-stage design system.
* Solve complex mental model shifts related to device-to-device 3D calling.
* Partner closely with PMs, UX Researchers, and Engineering to ship product updates.
*Requirements*
* *Experience:* 5+ years of professional UX/Interaction Design experience.
* *Tools:* Expert-level Figma skills.
* *Portfolio:* Strong evidence of clear thinking, clean aesthetics, and well-structured 2D user flows.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Prior experience with Google products or Material Design.
* Background in video conferencing, calendaring, or high-stakes UIs (e.g., Automotive, E-commerce).
