Job Description

*Job Title: Global Partner Marketing Event Manager -3456*
*Location:* San Francisco, CA USA 94111 (Preferred) / Remote Flexible
*Duration:* 4-Month

*Role Overview*

We are seeking a high-energy, autonomous *Global Partner Marketing Event Manager* to drive the execution of two major partner events over the next four months, including a high-profile Partner Summit at Google Cloud Next. This role is designed for a "hands-on" marketer who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate the complexities of large-scale tech conferences.

The ideal candidate will manage critical sub-workstreams, ensuring a seamless experience for global partners and executive stakeholders. You must be comfortable "getting into the weeds" of tactical execution while maintaining a strategic view of event goals.

*Core Responsibilities*

* *End-to-End Execution:* Drive the planning and delivery of event workstreams, including registration, partner lounge activation, and internal communications.
* *Content Management:* Collaborate with session owners and speakers to ensure breakout content and deliverables are on track and meet brand standards.
* *Cross-Functional Leadership:* Act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholder teams and external agency partners.
* *Logistics & Tracking:* Maintain meticulous project trackers and manage the tactical "day-of" logistics to ensure milestone completion.
* *Executive Interaction:* Facilitate high-touch experiences for senior leaders (CXOs) through roundtables and leadership summits.

*Required Experience & Skills*

* *Event Pedigree:* Proven track record in executing large-scale conferences (30,000+ attendees) and senior executive-oriented events.
* *Industry Context:* Experience within the *Technology sector* is highly preferred, specifically within event or experiential marketing.
* *Tactical Mastery:* Ability to manage heavy logistics and "speak the language" of event agencies while remaining proactive in problem-solving.
* *Autonomy:* Demonstrated ability to operate independently, "see around corners" to anticipate issues, and add value within the first 30 days.
* *Communication:* Strong internal communication skills for drafting milestone updates and driving alignment across diverse teams.

*Key Competencies*

* *Proactive Problem Solving:* You don't just identify risks; you mitigate them before they impact the event.
* *Stakeholder Management:* Comfortable interacting with and influencing high-level session owners and speakers.
* *Resilience:* Capable of managing the high-pressure environment leading up to and during a global flagship event.

*Qualifiers & Considerations*

* *Travel:* Mandatory travel to Las Vegas the week of *April 19, 2026*.
* *Work Style:* This role requires a "no task too small" mentality. Candidates who prefer purely high-level strategy over tactical implementation will not be a fit.
* *Tenure:* We value stability and are looking for candidates with a consistent professional history.
