Description
This role will lead the growth of Anthesis’ Sustainable and Circular Products & Packaging portfolio, driving strategic alignment with our global 2028 vision. It will ensure coordinated investment, clear prioritization, and accountability for delivering revenue growth, market share expansion, and innovation across our product and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, revenue projections, and sales/marketing plans for the Product and Packaging portfolio in alignment with global growth goals.
Support with the shift from Core Advisory Services to Strategic Transformation Programs and Managed Services, in line with our Waypoint 28 strategy for growth.
Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for the portfolio, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting.
Collaborate with Solution Leads within the Product and Packaging portfolio to define and deliver KPIs for portfolio growth priorities and empower teams to deliver excellence in growth.
Drive commercial performance by growing market share, improving pricing strategies, and enhancing margins through innovation and efficiency.
Work with technical community heads and regional leaders to address hiring and skills needs, building a high-performing team to reinforce growth.
Monitor market trends, client feedback, and disruptors to keep solutions relevant and competitive.
Partner with other Growth Portfolio Leads and senior leadership to optimize innovation, AI integration, and efficiency measures.
Support global growth initiatives beyond the business line to expand awareness and sales opportunities within other Anthesis business lines and with our regional and global growth colleagues, including the sector leadership.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Minimum of 10 years leading and growing high-performing teams in dynamic environments, ideally within sustainability and/or circularity experience.
Consulting Background: Proven track record in delivering complex projects and driving commercial success within a growing consultancy.
Commercial Acumen: Strong sales and growth expertise, with ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including evidence of horizon scanning and commercializing strategies for service diversification, innovation, AI and/or managed services.
Networks: Established relationships across industries such as consumer goods, retail, F\&B, pharma, tech, built environment, automotive, hospitality, and fashion which can be leveraged for growth insights and prospective client opportunities.
Education: Minimum degree in sustainability, environment, business, supply chain, or economics. Masters or MBA preferable.
Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
Languages: Fluent English, at least one other European language preferable.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel globally on a semi-regular basis
