Retail Sales Associate

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in styling with the most up to date fashion, and contribute to achieving sales goals. You will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and efficient store environment Key responsibilities include:

* *Sales and Customer Service:* Providing an elevated customer experience, building lasting client relationships, and utilizing Omni channel sales tools.
* *Operational Tasks: *Maintaining a neat and organized store, assisting with inventory, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

*Duties*

* Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products within the store.
* Fashion forward, comfortable styling and engaging customers
* Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
* Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
* Experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
* Fashion forward with the ability to style customers from head to toe
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory management.
* A team player attitude with the ability to be outgoing and engage customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
