We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born full time Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative with a desire to make a difference in people lives.
Our TOP PERFORMERS makes over $80,000+ the FIRST YEAR! Qualifying individual with P & C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00/month Plus up to 12% commission plus weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.
We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Payable after 90 days Probation.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Successful sales background
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start
Responsibilities
Generate sales from the different sources of leads available
Build relationship with realtors, car dealerships etc
Build customers relationship
Cross sales and up sales
