Overview:

Responsibilities:
Manage and validate collegiate client data across Salesforce, Excel, and carrier/vendor systems, including data transfers, waiver verification, and ensuring accuracy against school insurance plan requirements
Interpret and review data to confirm eligibility, compliance, and alignment with student health insurance guidelines while producing accurate client, carrier, and internal reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, carrier partners, and outside vendors to resolve data discrepancies, support client needs, and improve workflow efficiency and automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required with 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, client services, or a related analytical role
Strong experience with Excel and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), including moving, validating, and interpreting data across multiple systems
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication ability, with experience working with clients, vendors, or cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
