We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Jr Equity Research Analyst to join our equity research team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial analysis, modeling ,providing critical insights into industry developments, and company spin-offs, mergers. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of publicly traded companies across various sectors, with a focus on special situations, events.
* Develop detailed financial models to project valuations and cash flows, that support investment recommendations.
* Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that impact the equity markets.
* Prepare clear, concise research reports that communicate investment theses, valuation analyses, and risk assessments to internal teams and clients.
* Collaborate with senior analysts and portfolio managers to refine investment ideas and strategies based on quantitative data and qualitative insights.
* Present research findings confidently in meetings, webinars, or client briefings to facilitate informed decision-making.
* *Skills*
* *Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools such as Excel or specialized software.*
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting detailed reports and delivering compelling presentations.
* Deep understanding of equity markets, industry dynamics, and macroeconomic factors influencing investments.
* Critical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
* Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
* Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
