Strong understanding of ICP-driven and account-based marketing strategies.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales while maintaining focus on commercial outcomes.
Experience marketing complex, data-driven, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Resourceful, scrappy, and results-driven.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will be successful if you:
Generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact through targeted field programs.

You will have meaningful ownership, close alignment with Sales, and the opportunity to help shape how field marketing drives growth across the organization. If you are a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives on building programs that deliver measurable business results, this is an opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary Range: $91,650 – $117,500
Additional: Annual Performance Bonus (~15% of Annual Base)
