*Become a Key Player as a Financial Analyst 3*
As a Financial Analyst 3, you will strengthen forecasting and planning for the Americas Strategic Finance team, driving capacity, attrition, and migration forecasts that inform quarterly and longer-term financial decisions. You will partner with finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to surface trends, quantify risk, and support strategic initiatives. Work model: Hybrid, two days a week onsite in San Jose.
*Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team*
* Drive attrition and migration forecasting to support capacity planning and strategic decision-making.
* Support quarterly and long-range financial planning and analysis for the Digital Media organization.
* Develop and maintain models and forecasts using Excel, Anaplan, and BI tools.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business drivers into financial impacts.
* Deliver insights and recommendations to senior finance leaders and other partners.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
*Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role*
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of FP&A or related experience.
* Proven knowledge of financial fundamentals and forecasting processes.
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Proficiency or experience with Excel; experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan is highly valued.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate business and financial implications.
