*Primary Responsibilities*
* Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and community networking
* Meet with prospective clients to evaluate insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive service and follow-up
* Prepare quotes, applications, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
* Educate clients on policy details, coverage options, and pricing
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity
* Achieve established sales and performance goals
*Qualifications*
* Prior sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related field)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional demeanor and ability to build client trust
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
* Comfortable working in a commission-based role
* Insurance license required or willingness to obtain
