We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Residential Remodels to lead and coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion. *Responsibilities*
* Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential remodeling projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
* Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines utilizing construction management software and project scheduling tools.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts, and material ordering using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.
* Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and schematics.
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project flow.
* Review blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D drawings, and construction documents for accuracy before execution.
* Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), progress reports, and closeout documentation.
* Utilize Primavera P6 or HeavyBid for detailed project scheduling and cost control measures.
* Ensure all work adheres to contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential remodels or renovations.
* Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contracts management.
* Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or HeavyBid is essential.
* Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools to optimize timelines effectively.
* Ability to read civil engineering drawings including Civil 3D files; experience with construction site management is highly valued.
* Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
* Deep understanding of construction site safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
