Zendrop
West Palm Beach, FLRemoteFull Time
Job Description
About Zendrop:
Zendrop is a fast-growing US-based dropshipping platform that helps entrepreneurs easily start and scale their online stores. Thousands of merchants use our tools to streamline logistics, improve customer experience, and grow revenue.
At Zendrop we move fast, take ownership, and care deeply about results. Our core values — Speed Over Perfection, Results Driven, and Extreme Ownership guide every decision we make.
We act quickly and focus on what truly moves the needle. We’re driven by outcomes, not checkboxes, and we take full responsibility from start to finish. Every team member has the autonomy to make an impact and the accountability to see it through.
If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where progress matters more than perfection, you’ll fit right in.
The role:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives activation, retention, and revenue across key customer touchpoints, including email, in-app messaging, SMS, and webinars. You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs that move users from sign-up to long-term customer.
This role is highly data-driven. You’ll analyze performance at every stage of the funnel, run experiments and A/B tests, and use insights to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with product, growth, data, and leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with core business goals and to turn customer behavior into actionable marketing strategies.
Location:
This is a remote role.
What you’ll bring:
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution
Design and own lifecycle journeys across activation, retention, expansion, and reactivation
Map user behavior to messaging that actually moves users forward
Build flows that support free → trial → paid conversion and long-term retention
Email Marketing (HubSpot Power User)
Own HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, campaigns, segmentation, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, and reporting
Build and optimize high-impact email programs:
Onboarding and activation
Trial conversion
Feature adoption
Churn prevention and win-back
Obsess over deliverability, engagement, and revenue per user
Experience working alongside transactional email systems such as Postmark is a strong plus, especially for billing, system-triggered, and payment-related communications
In-App Messaging & SMS (Userpilot)
Own Userpilot for in-app pop-ups, banners, modals, and onboarding flows
Use in-app messaging to drive:
Feature discovery
Habit formation
Activation milestones
Coordinate SMS thoughtfully to support key lifecycle moments
Experimentation & Promotions
Plan and run A/B tests across email, in-app, and SMS
Own promotional campaigns:
Discounts, limited-time offers, pricing tests
Behavioral promos (based on usage, intent, or lifecycle stage)
Analyze results and clearly communicate what worked, what didn’t, and why
Measurement & Optimization
Track and optimize metrics like:
Activation rate
Trial → paid conversion
Retention and churn
Revenue per user
Partner with product, data, and growth to continuously improve performance
Experience with Mixpanel, Preset, or similar product analytics / BI tools is strongly preferred
What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Userpilot or similar in-app tools and SMS platforms
Proven track record running lifecycle programs that directly drive revenue
Strong experimentation mindset. You test, measure, iterate
Comfortable owning promotions and monetization workflows
Experience working with transactional email platforms like Postmark is a plus
Experience with Mixpanel, Preset, or other product analytics tools is a strong plus
Senior enough to operate independently and push back when something doesn’t make sense
Benefits:
