Opportunity

You’ll be the founding AE in the USA and helping to build the function.
This role comes with clear responsibility for revenue and pipeline, alongside the opportunity to influence messaging, positioning, and sales execution as the company scales. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and product, contributing to a sales motion that is becoming increasingly defined and repeatable.

Your Role

Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close across mid-market accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across the USA.
Run structured, consultative sales processes focused on customer outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging and sales assets.
Lead confident, value-led demos and senior stakeholder conversations.
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
What You Bring

Around 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally mid-market.
A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
A stable career history with clear progression.
Ability to articulate performance with detail and metrics.
Ambitious, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating with ownership.
