We recently relocated from Manhattan to our expanded Melville campus and are actively growing our in-office sales team.

*What You’ll Do*
* Speak with business owners nationwide to understand their financing needs
* Generate and manage your own pipeline
* Present funding solutions clearly and confidently
* Close deals and build long-term client relationships
* Use Salesforce CRM to track activity and performance
* Work closely with underwriting and management to fund deals efficiently
This is a full-time, on-site sales role. High activity. High earning potential.
*Compensation*
* $40,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission
* First-year reps can earn up to $100,000+
* Top performers exceed six figures

*What We’re Looking For*
* 1+ year of sales experience (required)
* Strong phone presence and communication skills
* Competitive mindset with a drive to win
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in MCA or financial services is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
We will train the right candidate with strong sales fundamentals.
