A primary focus of this role is the launch, accuracy, and performance of the Tribeca Festival Programming Guide, as well as ensuring a seamless path to purchase for passes, individual tickets, and membership during peak traffic moments. This person owns the day-to-day coordination, prioritization, and release planning required to keep the site stable, fast, and conversion-focused when volume and visibility are at their highest.
This is a seasonal, hands-on role ideal for someone who is technically fluent, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

They’re confident interfacing with internal stakeholders and external development partners to keep site updates moving smoothly during peak periods.

Execute web and CMS updates across the Festival cycle, from requirements gathering through QA, launch, and post-launch fixes.
Serve as the day-to-day technical point of contact between marketing, ticketing, programming operations, design, and external development teams.
Manage the launch of the Tribeca Festival Programming Guide, including ongoing programming and content updates, and readiness for high-traffic moments.
Support the stability and functionality of the site’s path to purchase, including passes, individual tickets and membership flows during peak periods.
Translate business and marketing requests into clear technical requirements, scopes, and acceptance criteria.
Direct technical aspects of website production, including UX/UI optimization, front-end and back-end development, and QA testing.
Support QA testing, deployment readiness, and issue tracking across web releases.
Act as a triage and prioritization partner during peak Festival periods, balancing speed, stability, and business impact.
Monitor site performance using analytics and performance tools, flagging issues that could impact site stability or user experience.
Manage vendor and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Make minor front-end code updates as needed (e.g., HTML/CSS tweaks, light JavaScript adjustments) to support launches and time-sensitive fixes.
Support minor web updates (e.g., image resizing, partner logo updates) as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in technical project management, web production, or a related digital role
Experience supporting complex or custom websites in partnership with external development teams
Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with:
CMS and custom web platforms (Rails- and React-based sites, HubSpot CMS, WordPress)
HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JavaScript, XML, APIs
GitHub, Heroku, AWS, CDNs
Working familiarity with web analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Crazy Egg, SEO tools)
Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments, with the ability to manage shifting priorities, compressed timelines, and high-volume updates
