*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs.
* Assist shoppers with product selections, offering detailed product demos to highlight features and benefits.
* Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
* Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
* Conduct upselling by recommending additional products or accessories that complement customer purchases.
* Maintain proper phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
* Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock counts, and assisting with merchandising strategies.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably in grocery stores or similar settings.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable.
* Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead a team, including supervising experience if applicable.
* Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly.
* Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting via phone or in person.
