We’re looking for a driven, confident, results oriented *Sales & Marketing Rep* to help us convert warm leads into premium packages and memberships while elevating our brand as Brooklyn's Ultimate Social Wellness Club!
This is for someone who loves to sell, thrives on commission, and knows how to close.
*Your Role: Sales & Marketing Rep*
You will be the growth engine behind The Residence Wellness.
Your primary focus is turning warm Facebook/Instagram ad leads and past clients into booked consultations and confidently closing them into high-ticket wellness packages and memberships.
This is a *hybrid commission-based role* (remote calling + in-office consultations).
Your #1 priority:
✔ Convert leads
✔ Close packages
✔ Fill memberships
✔ Drive revenue
You will receive a proven consultation framework but your confidence, presence, and closing ability will determine your income.
*Duties*
* Call and nurture warm leads who opted into paid ad campaigns
* Follow a structured consultation framework to guide prospects toward solutions
* Book and confirm in-person consultations
* Conduct consultations and confidently present premium packages
* Close high-ticket package sales ($2K–$10K+)
* Collect consultation deposits and finalize payments
* Hand off closed clients seamlessly to providers
* Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
* Collaborate with the spa team to align promotions with sales goals
* Build strategic B2B partnerships and referral relationships
* Contribute ideas to grow memberships, events, and community presence
* Ensure all communication reflects luxury, professionalism, and confidence
*What Makes You a Fit*
* Proven experience in sales (aesthetics, medspa, fitness, hospitality, or high-ticket services preferred)
* Confident closing premium packages and handling objections
* Comfortable discussing pricing without hesitation
* Strong phone presence and in-person consultation skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Organized with strong follow-up discipline
* Thrives in commission-based environments
* Professional, polished, and emotionally intelligent
* Believes in wellness and can communicate its value authentically

We are looking for someone who expects to win.
* Compensation
* You receive the full client consultation deposit
* Uncapped *10% commission on every package sold*
* Unlimited earning potential
* Quarterly performance bonuses (based on sales goals)
