We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our sales efforts and customer satisfaction, driving growth through effective management of sales activities, lead generation, and territory management. Your proactive approach will help expand our market presence and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department.
* Serve as a central coordination point between sales (internal and field sales), marketing, engineering, operations, and customer service as needed.
* Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing with scheduling, document preparation, and departmental communications.
* Collect, compile, and maintain sales data from internal systems (ERP, Outlook, AQ, etc.).
* Create regular sales analysis reports, dashboards, and summaries, including:
* Bookings and shipments
* Sales by product line, region, and channel
* Quote activity and conversion rates
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all sales reporting.
* Track sales quote generation, including volume, value, cycle time, and outcomes.
* Maintain and update the sales project pipeline, including major opportunities, bid projects, and strategic accounts.
* Support pipeline review meetings by preparing reports and presentation materials.
* Coordinate logistics for sales training programs, including onboarding sessions, product training, and ongoing development initiatives.
* Assist in planning and execution of sales meetings, trade shows, customer events, and internal events (travel coordination, materials, schedules, follow-ups).
* Track attendance, materials, and feedback related to training and events.
* Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting tools, and administrative workflows.
* Assist with ERP data analysis, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
* Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 2–5 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales operations, administrative, or analyst-type role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
*Preferred*
* Experience in sales, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industries
* Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Business Central or similar).
* Comfort creating reports, pivot tables, charts, and basic sales analytics.
* Experience supporting sales teams, field representatives, or distributor networks.
