You will serve as a central connector, enabling our partners and senior leaders to pursue new opportunities with confidence by strengthening our research, market intelligence, and early-stage opportunity development.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Business Development Strategy & Research*
* *Market Intelligence:* Conduct deep-dive research to identify target clients, market trends, and competitor activity.
* *Opportunity Development:* Identify early-stage opportunities and routes to market to support long-term acquisition.
* *Relationship Management:* Support leadership in cultivating trust-based relationships with clients and strategic partners.
* *Performance Tracking:* Monitor and assess conversion rates and ROI on business development efforts and KPIs.
*Pitch & Proposal Support*
* *RFP Coordination:* Support the preparation of high-stakes RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials in collaboration with firm partners.
* *Creative Execution:* Ensure all revenue-generating initiatives are executed with precision, consistency, and brand alignment.
*Events & Initiatives*
* *Networking:* Represent the firm at events to support networking and pipeline development.
* *Innovative Engagement:* Bring an "outside-the-box" perspective to design events and partnerships that create meaningful connections.
