Job Description
TalkShopLive, Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for complex, high-impact product initiatives across a live commerce platform. In this role, you’ll translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable experiences through strong UX craft, systems thinking, and data-informed decision-making. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape how our distinct user personas discover, engage, and transact with an eye on delivering measurable impact through design.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end design for complex, cross-persona features that range from discovery and onboarding to selling and administration
Translate product requirements and business goals into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) to inform design decisions
Own and evolve TalkShopLive’s design system, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and visual cohesion
Partner with engineering on component governance, documentation, and design-token usage
Create modular design frameworks that support rapid development and long-term scale
Partner closely with product managers to shape solutions and prioritize user needs
Present and clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Contribute design insights to product strategy and roadmap discussions
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of product design experience with senior-level scope and ownership
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, systems design, and end-to-end product work
Deep expertise in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and tokens
Strong grounding in user-centered design methodologies and research
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to cross-functional and executive partners
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform and validate design decisions
Experience in live commerce, e-commerce, video, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus
