Job Description
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate clinician to provide behavior services to students and consult with faculty and families as part of a transdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* Experience providing behavior services in a school-based setting• Knowledge of functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention plan development, and progress monitoring
* Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
Desired Skills and Experience
:• Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, social-emotional, and executive function challenges
* Ability to develop individualized behavior supports in a way that honors neurodiversity and student dignity
* Strong collaboration skills and a positive, solutions-oriented approach• Familiarity with restorative practices and trauma-informed strategies• Experience training and coaching teachers and instructional aides
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong record keeping, data collection, and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting FBAs and developing BIPs for students across grade levels
* Collaborating with classroom teams and specialists to support implementation of behavior supports
* Providing consultation, modeling, and training for staff and families• Participating as an active member of IEP teams
* Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
