*Role Overview*
We are looking for a highly experienced *AI / ML Engineer* with a strong *data engineering and applied AI background* to lead automation initiatives across *code generation and test automation*. This role will work closely with core engineering teams to design, build, and scale *AI-driven and agentic automation solutions* that improve developer productivity and software quality.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and drive *AI-powered automation* initiatives for *code generation, refactoring, and test automation*
* Design and implement *Agentic AI systems* using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools
* Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI/ML solutions into existing development and CI/CD workflows
* Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and LLM models using structured and unstructured data
* Apply advanced *data engineering and MLOps practices* to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions
* Stay current with the *latest AI/ML, LLM, and Agentic AI advancements* and translate them into practical implementations
* Define best practices, architectures, and governance for AI-driven automation
*Required Qualifications*
* 12+ years of experience in *AI/ML engineering*, with a strong *data-centric background*
* Deep expertise in *machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based systems*
* Hands-on experience with *code generation, test automation, or developer productivity tools*
* Strong understanding of *Agentic AI concepts*, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration
* Proficiency in *Python* and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
* Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and feature engineering
* Solid knowledge of *MLOps*, model deployment, and monitoring in production environments
* Ability to work cross-functionally with senior engineering stakeholders
* Background in software engineering, DevOps, or CI/CD automation
* Experience implementing AI governance, security, and compliance best practices #IT
