Job Description
This position is responsible for optimizing the Company’s data integrity, reporting, and business insights within the Salesforce platform and managing its integrations with the company’s EMR and other operational platforms. This role will bridge data insights and business operations, ensuring accurate reporting, improved performance, and intelligence to support strategic decision-making across multiple departments within the Company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage, analyze, and interpret Salesforce data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear insights to sales, marketing, operational, and leadership teams.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems to include EMR and RCM software.
Manage data integrity, consistency, and cleanliness across Salesforce objects through routine audits and data quality checks.
Customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows within Salesforce and other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support system enhancements by documenting requirements, testing updates, and validating data impacts.
Monitor data flows between Salesforce and integrated systems, troubleshooting discrepancies and recommending improvements.
Provide training and support to end users on reporting tools, data best practices, and Salesforce functionality.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization using Salesforce analytics tools to support data-driven decision making across departments.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership teams to include visualizations of data to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Generate business needs into technical requirements and outputs to create actionable insights.
Partner with the marketing team to implement and optimize marketing technology integrations, including CallRail, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and email marketing platforms; ensure accurate lead attribution, campaign performance reporting, and seamless data flow into Salesforce for full-funnel visibility.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin or Analyst role).
· Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboard, and data management tools.
· Strong experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
· Experience with SQL or data visualization tools
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Salesforce certifications are a plus.
