Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) domains to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation as we transition from Oracle E Business Suite (EBS).
This role is responsible for documenting business processes, defining requirements, supporting fit–gap analysis, developing test assets, preparing user documentation, contributing to GxP/SOX compliance activities, and partnering closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Responsibilities
Document current and future state O2C and R2R processes, including upstream and downstream integrations.
Develop end to end process flows that clearly outline roles, systems, controls, and handoffs.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather functional requirements and acceptance criteria; manage review and sign off cycles.
Support fit–gap analysis against standard Oracle Fusion capabilities; document decisions, impacts, and remediation actions.
Create and maintain test scripts and test cases; support SIT/UAT execution and manage defects to closure.
Maintain requirements to test traceability and version controlled documentation.
Facilitate solution demonstrations to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
Drive cross functional alignment across finance, procurement, IT, and product teams.
Collaborate with integration and boundary system leads to ensure requirements are communicated and traced across dependent systems.
Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials to support business readiness.
Contribute to GxP/SOX compliance documentation, including control mapping, evidence collection, segregation of duties considerations, and change management records.
Partner with data and reporting teams to define data migration, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.
Support cutover planning and post go live hypercare, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and stabilization.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments (Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS).
Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations with focus on O2C, AR, Intercompany, and customer processes.
Hands on experience with Oracle EBS to Fusion migration across data, process, and integration workstreams.
Strong understanding of end to end O2C, AR, Intercompany, and R2R processes and industry best practices.
Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
Experience developing and executing test cases and supporting SIT/UAT cycles.
Familiarity with data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with GxP, SOX, QAT, financial compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Oracle Cloud certification (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Skills
Oracle Fusion or related technology certifications.
Experience managing complex projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
