We are seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. This position will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for being a strategic, passionate and inspirational people leader and partner to the organization, solely dedicated to finding the Right talent for all roles while upholding our Right At School brand and culture to our people, partners and potential team members. In this position, you will be responsible for evolving the talent acquisition engine, leading innovative talent strategy development, assessing and analyzing TA trends to forecast future strategy and driving real-time solutions for the TA function. ;This role will deploy creative resourcing and sourcing solutions effectively across our national footprint to enable meaningful growth and expansion. This position partners heavily with our CHRO, field and cross functional leaders for guidance and expertise and will be critical in evaluating/assessing the talent landscape, gaining insights and learnings that could help us improve our search process.

As a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will:
Grow our Hiring Capabilities: Continue to evolve and innovate how we attract, engage, evaluate and onboard our people across the organization, allowing Right At School to grow an employee-centric culture and be recognized as an “employer of choice” by applicants.
Build Strong Talent Pipelines: Lead efforts to strategically build and maintain a strong and diverse bench of active and passive future candidates through headhunting, marketing campaigns, networking, internal sources and engagement across social channels.
Champion Culture: Lead Right At School’s talent acquisition strategy with a focus on expanding our talent pipeline and ensuring execution with various stakeholders across the field, HR and talent acquisition.
Own Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to design end to end hiring processes for all searches. Activities may include: role specification and job description layout, search strategies, interview stage design, evaluation criteria, offer and closing strategies. You will also own the end to end search for senior level positions that become available internally.
Manage the Talent Acquisition team: You will lead, coach and develop a diverse team of talent acquisition team members who support hiring needs regionally.
Build & Nurture Relationships: Building relationships is such an important component of attracting talent. As a leader it’s imperative that you not only build trust with candidates but also with internal field managers and department leaders demonstrating accountability, commitment, empathy and continued engagement. Externally, you will build partnerships with colleges, education groups, and other entities so they openly encourage promoting Right At School.
Establish Metrics & Data to Improve Practices: Analyze the effectiveness of hiring efforts through data, trend and root cause analysis and reporting, including & team performance KPIs, turnover, and market assessments to CHRO ;and other field leadership audiences.
Expand our Digital Recruiting Practices: Take what we’ve done on social channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Handshake and blow out our digital hiring capabilities across the nation with due regard to how we find candidates, court them and welcome them into the Right At School family.
Own Processes & Systems: You will play a critical role in setting the standards and protocols for recruitment processes. Additionally, you will propose and implement improvements to all recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing channels, systems and technology, content, reporting, candidate messaging, etc.
Employer Branding: You are the face and voice of Right At School for our candidates. You will deliver high-touch personalized candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process and partner with our team to strengthen our brand and presence in the industry and each market. You may be tasked with hosting various hiring events, local networking meetups and representing Right At School with an incredibly high level of sincerity and professionalism.
Desired Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
; ; ;8 + years of experience in a strategic talent acquisition role, 4+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in high volume, part time workforce recruiting is preferred.
Staffing agency leadership and/or education recruiting experience a plus
; ; ; ;Comfort working with technology and systems is a must! Past experience using HRIS, ATS, LMS, MS Office systems is required.
; ; ; ; ;Demonstrated success in establishing credibility and partnership at all levels of the organization.
; ; ; ; ;Effective organization and planning skills, able to keep teams and multiple tracks of work on pace while driving results. Proactively Identifies and problem solves for potential roadblocks and hiring impediments.
Proven track record in delivering results across a variety of search/hiring challenges and strategies.
Ability to leverage predictive data to identify insights and learnings to improve ongoing hiring
