Location :- SFO, CA (Onsite)

• Dialog Management Testing
• NLG Testing
• TTS - Text-to-Speech Testing
• Integration Testing End-to-End Flow - individual components tested to make sure the entire pipeline works seamlessly?
• Functional Testing – All
Security And Compliance Testing

Responsibilities
• Hands On Testing -IVR Application
• All Testing deliverables- as IVR Test Lead (Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scenario, Test Data preparation, Test Result)
• Onsite-Offshore Team. Hand-Over Take-Over
• Daily Scrum, Test Call, Design Sessions, Requirement Sessions, Production Validation etc. as per project need.
• Agile
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report
