Position Overview

As a Project Manager within our North America PMO, you will lead end-to-end implementations of functional and technical solutions across a diverse client portfolio. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can manage global business transformation initiatives while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for guiding projects from initiation through completion — ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget — while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
Align implementation strategies with client business objectives.
Track cost and schedule performance and apply analytical forecasting to identify trends and risks.
Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.

2. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary client point of contact.
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with contractual and business expectations.

3. Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including functional leads, technical consultants, and subject matter experts.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance team culture.
Make independent decisions and strategic recommendations.
Monitor team performance and address performance gaps.
Implement effective communication tools and KPI reporting structures.
Manage conflict resolution within the team and with client stakeholders.
Drive organizational change management initiatives.

4. Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Proactively resolve issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
10+ years of Project Management experience, including:
Leading Transformation Projects
Implementing Project-Based ERP and/or Project Control Systems
Deep understanding of application ecosystems
PMP certification
Proven Agile project management experience
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Microsoft Azure DevOps
JIRA
Confluence
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures
Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
