About the Role
We are a fast-paced, high-performance team dedicated to shipping world-class products, focusing on disciplined execution and accountability. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, focusing on the foundations for our new MacOS & Web Application. You will help define the user experience of our Prem App, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive and delightful products, as we work on re-imagining how users interact with AI beyond traditional 'chats.'
What You’ll Do
Own the Design Process: Lead the end-to-end design process—from initial research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups and final handoff for our core products, including the Prem app and API-related user interfaces.
Design Excellence: Craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for mobile apps, desktop applications, keeping AI agentic behaviour in mind.
Strategic UX: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring design decisions are aligned with business goals and user needs.
User Advocacy: Champion a user-centric approach within the organization, conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to deeply understand our target audience and their workflows. Collaborate with UX researchers to translate user needs and behaviors into elegant design solutions.
Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes to test design concepts and gather user feedback, rapidly iterating on designs based on data and insights.
System Development: Contribute to and maintain our design system and component library, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
Executive Collaboration: Work with executives to visualize key initiatives and track progress, potentially utilizing tools like Linear to manage design-related tasks and priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a focus on UI design and preferably in a high-growth technology company designing AI interfaces, mobile, and desktop applications.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of shipping successful, user-friendly products and showcasing your end-to-end design process.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns (Web, iOS, Android), UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
Technical Collaboration: Familiarity with front-end development processes to ensure feasible and efficient design implementations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Proactiveness: A self-starter who thrives in an environment that requires discipline, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
System Thinking: Proven experience designing and managing scalable design systems.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for technical or developer audiences (e.g., API documentation interfaces, complex dashboards).
Familiarity with the AI/ML or technology for regulated businesses.
Experience working with or managing tasks in Linear or similar task-tracking software.
A background in data visualization or designing for enterprise-level tools.
