*Responsibilities*
* Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using project management software to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Support project managers in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
* Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and compliance with design intent.
* Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
* Utilize construction estimating tools for cost control and resource planning.
* Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
* Assist in managing project documentation using construction management software for accurate record keeping.
* Assist in creating bids and or estimates for large scale projects.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in construction site management or related roles with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety procedures.
* Familiarity with project scheduling tools and construction estimating software.
* Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings.
* Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid Driver's License
