We are hiring Account Executives (Remote) to lead consultative sales conversations and manage account engagement within our financial sales operations. This role is designed for confident, results-driven communicators who are comfortable guiding prospective individuals through structured discussions in a fully remote, performance-focused environment.
You will conduct phone and virtual consultations, present program options clearly, and support individuals through established systems and workflows to ensure consistent engagement and follow-through.
*What You’ll Do*
* Conduct consultative phone and virtual conversations with prospective individuals
* Perform outbound outreach and structured follow-ups using provided systems
* Schedule, confirm, and complete phone or virtual appointments
* Present program information clearly, professionally, and confidently
* Ask qualifying questions to understand needs, goals, and eligibility
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, notes, and outcomes
* Track engagement and performance metrics using structured tools
* Participate in optional training and coaching sessions to improve communication and results
