Duties & Responsibilities

Functional Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Corporate Title: Clinical Business Analyst Lv 3

Work with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Create mock-ups used to develop internal applications
Knowledge of querying a database system
Ability to learn to write queries to test accuracy of data.
Identify document and track QA findings using an internal ticket-tracking (to properly log fix-tasks) system to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in developing, vetting, and documenting test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform testing protocols as part of life cycle of internally and externally developed applications
Create test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Acquire and create test data and analyze/verify data
Work as part of a fast-moving team within a dynamic work environment.
Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Maintain various IT documents
Ability to work on multiple projects, and prioritize tasks around tight deadlines and evolving objectives
Utilize current testing approaches and scripts (both automated and manual) based on established standards and the analysis of design documentation and requirements
Detail oriented and Strong problem-solving skills.
Perform tests and analysis of internal applications and reports to identify issues.
Work with Robotics software
Excellent communication skills, Analytical thinker
Maintain and create up-to-date application quick guides for reference and future use
Work CHS staff to perform testing protocols to analyze/verify data
Continue to QA any and all CHS IT datasets
Minimum Qualifications

1. A Masters Degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience serving as a lead in soliciting, defining, and managing requirements for internally and externally developed software in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics or related area; or, one year of experience in a relevant clinical and/or healthcare administration role/function; or
2. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university and five years of experience as described above; or
3. A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
4. Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic or technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience for a total of one year.
