* IBM Tririga / Maximo CAFM
* Facilities domain expertise
* Application upgrade & content migration
* BIRT reporting
* Process optimization aligned with CAFM data model

*The candidate must combine:*
✅ Functional Facilities Management expertise
✅ Technical IBM Tririga configuration & upgrade experience
✅ Reporting & performance optimization skills

*Core Responsibilities Breakdown*

*1️ IBM Tririga / Maximo Development*

* Configure and optimize CAFM modules
* Create/redefine dimensions, rules, workflows
* Align system to evolving agency requirements
* Improve performance via data model optimization

*2️ Upgrade & Migration*

* Upgrade Tririga environments
* Plan and execute content migration
* Minimize business disruption
* Manage transition during system upgrades

*3️ Reporting*

* Develop and modify BIRT reports
* Improve system reporting efficiency

*4️ Cross-functional Collaboration*

* Work with:
* Developers
* UX Designers
* Business Analysts
* Systems Analysts

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.93 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
