minicabit is Britain’s largest cab comparison service enabling consumers and businesses to compare and pre-book high value cab trips with over 1,000 Cab Operators across 550+ towns & cities UK wide. We are the cab booking platform for millions of passengers, as well the partner for major travel brands such as booking.com, Heathrow Airport, Stansted Airport and Expedia.

To drive the fast-paced growth of our online marketplace, we are looking for a *UK-based, innately growth-driven *part time CRM Marketing Manager to help us enhance our customer journeys, optimise our marketing campaigns, and deliver data-driven results.

*Role Overview*

As a Part-Time CRM Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships and improving user engagement across our digital platforms. You will create technical marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and analytics, while collaborating with internal and external teams to align communications and boost key performance metrics.

*Key Responsibilities*

CRM & Communications

* Utilise systems like Clevertap to create, execute, and optimise weekly ad-hoc communications including emails, app push notifications, inbox messages, website pop-ups, and app pop-ups.
* Build and optimise customer journeys that nurture new users, frequent bookers, and super bookers, ensuring segmentation is tailored to user behaviour and lifecycle stages.
* Report on KPI performance and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns and customer touchpoints for CAC and LTV

Referral Program

* Manage and promote minicabit's referral program in partnership with Mention Me, focusing on growing user participation and increasing referral conversions
* Manage the Affiliate Windows affiliate marketing program

Collaboration & Alignment

* Liaise with the PPC function to align communication strategies and track KPIs to measure campaign performance effectively
* Leverage creative resources to ensure consistency across messaging and branding.

Content Creation & A/B Testing

* Design and write copy for email campaigns, mobile comms, and promotional materials using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
* Conduct A/B tests on communications and mobile app screens to improve conversion rates (CRO).

Analytics & Data Insights

* Leverage tools like Mixpanel for mobile app analytics, onboarding flow optimisation, and segmentation to drive user engagement.
* Interpret customer data and analytics from GA4, PowerBI-type dashboards, Mixpanel and Clevertap to identify trends and inform new campaigns or strategies.
* Regularly test and analyse data to optimise customer retention, acquisition, and re-engagement campaigns.

Marketing Automation & Technical Support

* Use tools to automate workflows and integrate marketing systems for improved efficiency
* Maintain and optimise tracking and tagging systems using GTM, GA4, and AppsFlyer
* Monitor website and app performance metrics, ensuring marketing campaigns are supported with robust technical frameworks.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

* Develop marketing strategies for new campaigns, ensuring they are informed by data-driven insights and aligned with broader company objectives.
* Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in CRM, mobile app marketing, and customer analytics.

*Essential Skills & Experience*

* Proven experience in CRM management, with expertise in tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
* *Experience in managing a seasonal UK-based B2C customer base, preferably in the travel sector*
* Strong technical knowledge of GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer and PowerBI.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage analytics to drive marketing performance.
* Proficiency in email marketing and mobile app communication strategies.
* Creative skills with tools like Canva and Photoshop for designing campaigns.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for email, push notifications, and other customer-facing communications.
* Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and CRO strategies.
* Familiarity with affiliate and referral programs, ideally through platforms like Mention Me.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*Preferred Skills & Knowledge*

* Understanding of customer onboarding flows and retention strategies in mobile apps.
* Knowledge of Google Search Console (GSC) for SEO-related insights.
* Experience in running campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
* Familiarity with tools like Typeform for customer surveys and feedback collection
* Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Slack, JIRA
