*Position Summary*

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive execution across defined product initiatives within our ecommerce logistics platform. You will own tactical product delivery, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and day-to-day initiative management to ensure features ship on time and meet business objectives.

You will work closely with the Director of Product Management, who owns overall product strategy, while you focus on structured execution and delivery excellence.

This is an ideal role for a motivated product professional with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to grow into larger ownership over time.

*Job Description*

Core responsibilities will include the following areas:

* Own and manage defined product initiatives from requirements through release
* Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications
* Maintain and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Engineering
* Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Solutions to clarify requirements and align expectations
* Partner with Engineering to support timely and high-quality delivery aligned with defined business objectives
* Maintain organized documentation and ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed to support efficient engineering execution
* Support KPI definition and maintain visibility into product performance and delivery status
* Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate early with proposed solutions
* Drive continuous improvement in documentation, communication, and release processes
* Additional duties, as assigned

*Position Requirements*

Requirements/Qualifications include:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
* 3-5 years of progressive experience in Ecommerce technology or related product management roles
* Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, technical integrations, and emerging technology trends
* Experience contributing to product launches and managing defined initiatives through the product lifecycle
* Demonstrated ability to independently manage initiatives with limited oversight and drive follow through to completion
* Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional environments
* Ability to understand business objectives and align product execution accordingly.
* Familiarity with product tools such as Aha!, Jira, Wrike, or similar

*Position Pay Range*

* $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and other factors
* Position eligible for annual bonus plan based on a percentage of annual salary.
