Job Description
*Ecommerce Manager (Shopify)*
We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to own and grow our Shopify business end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of recent, deep Shopify experience who can manage both the strategy and the execution of a high-performing ecommerce site.
*What you’ll do*
* Own and manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store
* Build, optimize, and scale the ecommerce experience across web and mobile
* Lead front-end development efforts (themes, customizations, site performance)
* Define and execute UX/UI strategy to improve conversion, usability, and customer experience
* Manage ecommerce technology stack, integrations, and site functionality
* Partner closely with Accounting on payments, reconciliation, and financial workflows
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners
* Support and enhance customer experience, servicing, and support tools
* Monitor site health, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance
*What you bring*
* 2–3 years of recent, hands-on Shopify experience (non-negotiable)
* Strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS, theme customization; JS a plus)
* Solid understanding of ecommerce UX/UI best practices
* Experience managing an ecommerce website and business, not just content
* Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple teams
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to own projects from start to finish
