We’re a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a full-time Webflow Developer to own and evolve our website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building thoughtful, scalable Webflow experiences, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in clean, well-structured builds. You’ll work closely with design and cross-functional partners to bring polished, responsive experiences to life while supporting ongoing site updates and growth.
What You’ll Do
Build, maintain, and scale our website entirely in Webflow
Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, fully responsive Webflow pages
Leverage Webflow best practices, including Components, Nested Components, Component Variants, Properties, Slots, and CMS
Manage ongoing site updates such as:
Duplicating and updating pages
Adding or removing product flavors
Updating attributes, classes, and CMS content
Keep the Webflow project organized, scalable, and easy to maintain
Ensure consistency across layouts, spacing, typography, interactions, and breakpoints
Stay current on Webflow features and apply new functionality and best practices where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality
Deep working knowledge of Webflow and its core functionality
Solid understanding of:
Components and Nested Components
Component Variants, Properties, and Slots
Webflow CMS
Attribute- and class-based styling
Ability to follow and maintain a design system with consistency
Comfortable balancing creative builds with structured, detail-oriented updates
Highly organized approach to class naming, attributes, and site structure
Ownership mindset and pride in creating clean, maintainable Webflow builds
Work Environment & Expectations
Full-time role in a fast-moving startup environment
Priorities may shift as the business grows, requiring flexibility and strong communication
Collaboration, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving are important for success
Experience working in eCommerce or startup environments is a plus
