Senior Social Media Strategist

*Overview*
We’re a marketing agency that works with local service businesses. We’re expanding and enhancing our social media management service and are looking for a senior-level strategist to help us build and oversee it properly.

This is not a content posting role.

This is not a full-time job.

We are hiring an individual, not an agency.

*What You’ll Do*
- When a new client signs:

- Build a clear social media strategy (goals, content pillars, cadence, 30-60-90 plan)

- Guide our Account Manager on execution

*Monthly:*
- Review client accounts and metrics

- Identify gaps or missed execution

- Provide strategic guidance and accountability

This is light, high-level oversight with heavier involvement only during new client onboarding.

*Ideal Fit*
- 5+ years social strategy experience

- Agency experience preferred

- Strong understanding of brand building + lead generation

- Comfortable holding teams accountable

Ideal for someone with a full-time role who wants flexible consulting work.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $200.00 per hour
