Job Description
As the Analyst, Project Controls, Systems & Data, you will be responsible for supporting the Construction Project Management system, supporting project management processes with best practices, process improvements, automation, system evaluations, and staff training on the system and processes. The Analyst role will be heavily focused on information integrity within the Construction Project Management system and ensuring processes within the system follow company standards. The Analyst role will be responsible for various creation and maintenance of reporting.
Responsibilities
Support the maintain and continued development of the construction project management system
Collaborate with different departments throughout the construction, development, and operations teams
Ability to prioritize various tasks and manage target due dates
Create and manage ad hoc reports
Audit processes to promote consistency and identify process gaps
Creating and generating reports, analyzing data, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to Project Managers
Developing and maintaining department reports and dashboards
Setting up, maintaining, and auditing internal and external users
Support Project Controls Leaders in special projects within the team
Support the adherence to internal processes that ensure consistency and quality
Provide support for emergent Construction Project Management system issues
Provide support to Project Controls team and others, as needed
Promote good communication and coordination with other departments
Guide and support project management team members, as needed
Support the maintenance and expansion of the digital adoption platform, WalkMe, to enhance capabilities of project management platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in either Engineering, Science, Construction, Business, or another relevant field
Intermediate proficiencies (or above) in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Skills
Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred
Experience with project management systems (i.e., ProjectTeam) implementation and/or configuration
Experience with project management systems, such as Procore, PlanGrid, etc.
Experience with Power BI and/or other reporting software
Construction experience and/or construction internship preferred
Renewable energy experience
Post-bachelor’s work experience
Experience using, implementing, and configuring WalkMe (a tool that overlays other compatible software)
Experience training individuals and/or teams
Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management
Ability to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment
Working independently and taking initiative to drive results and consistently meet deadlines
Possess excellent written and verbal skills to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Base Pay
Total Base Pay Range
28.85 - 36.06 USD Hourly
15% Bonus
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
