Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, M Query, Row Level Security, Power BI Embedded, and SQL (preferably SQL Server).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and publish Power BI reports & dashboards

Build and optimize Power BI data models

Implement security (Row Level Security & access controls)

Integrate dashboards using Power BI Embedded

Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements

Troubleshoot and improve report performance

Write and optimize SQL queries; create tables/views

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Provide guidance and code reviews to team members

Required Skills:

Strong Power BI (DAX, M Query, Data Modeling, RLS)

Experience with multiple data sources

Strong SQL / SQL Server skills

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and multitask

Preferred:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem

Understanding of security & access control concepts

Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification
