Position Summary

HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries.

The Social Media Manager will support Muha Meds and other partnering brands, a leading consumer cannabis brand known for premium products and a strong digital presence. This role is responsible for executing and managing social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance—while maintaining compliance within a regulated industry.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role ideal for someone who understands internet culture, short-form content, and brand storytelling, and can translate strategy into daily social execution.

Core Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

Execute social media strategies aligned with Muha Meds’ brand identity, product launches, and marketing initiatives

Create, curate, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Plan, manage, and maintain the social media content calendar

Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social channels

Ensure content adheres to platform policies and cannabis advertising regulations

Community Management & Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner

Foster authentic community engagement and brand loyalty

Identify trends, memes, and cultural moments relevant to the Muha Meds audience

Escalate sensitive, legal, or compliance-related issues to leadership when appropriate

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track key metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance

Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations

Use performance data to continuously refine content formats and posting strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, sales, and operations teams

Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative partners

Support product drops, campaigns, events, and promotions through social storytelling

Trends, Monitoring & Optimization

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and cannabis social trends

Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks

Support paid social initiatives when applicable and collaborate with performance marketing partners

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience for consumer brands

Strong understanding of cannabis culture and regulated advertising considerations

Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with social scheduling and management platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)

Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and short-form content instincts

Preferred

Experience supporting cannabis, lifestyle, or highly regulated brands

Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships

Familiarity with paid social tools such as Meta Ads Manager

General knowledge of broader digital marketing channels (email, web, SEO)

Schedule & Work Hours

Standard full-time schedule based on business needs
