*Job Title: App Developer/Engineer (Founding Role) – Holen Hub Corp*

*About the Role:*
We are looking for a *Solo Developer* to take full ownership of the *Holen app*. Our app is live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. We need a professional who can handle the entire lifecycle: design, development, and store deployment.
This is a *hybrid role*; while much of the work can be done remotely, you *must be able to come into the office* periodically for strategy sessions and product reviews. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
*Holen *owns the *first return mile going back to the retailer.* While the delivery giants focus on the forward journey, we dominate the return. We’ve built the platform that lets customers "skip the errand" by picking up online returns at their door and handling the entire logistics chain back to the merchant. We are one month into our first year with a live App on iOS and Google Play, and we are looking for a technical partner to scale this into a global "Unicorn" we are projected to become.
*The Standards:*
We are not looking for a "coder" who just follows tickets. We need a *App Developer/Engineer *who cares about the final user experience.
* *Design & Brand:* You must have a sharp eye for UI/UX. You will be responsible for ensuring every update follows our brand colors and fonts exactly.
* *Precision:* Zero tolerance for typos, spelling errors, or sloppy refreshes. You are your own Quality Assurance (QA).
* *Deployment:* You will manage all builds and submissions to the App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
* *Professionalism:* You will work within our company infrastructure, using official company emails and tools—no personal accounts.
*Technical Requirements:*
* Expertise in Flutter or React Native (Cross-platform).
* Proven track record of maintaining live apps with a high rating.
* Ability to manage the "business side" of the app stores (metadata, screenshots, and store compliance).
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience launching and maintaining apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
* Expertise in cross-platform frameworks (like Flutter or React Native).
* A "design-first" mindset. You should be able to create or follow a Brand Style Guideflawlessly.
* Extreme attention to detail. If a pixel is off or a word is misspelled, it’s on you.
