About the Role
The Reporting Analyst will support Harmless Harvest’s Finance function by assisting in the preparation of financial reports, conducting data analysis, and helping maintain accuracy across planning tools and reporting systems. This entry level role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about supporting a growing organization. The analyst will work closely with the FP&A and accounting teams and cross functional partners to deliver reliable financial insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s financial forecasting model to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes through data collection, template updates, and variance tracking.
Prepare components of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts in partnership with cross functional teams.‑functional teams.
Assist in reporting and analyzing financial results, including basic variance analysis and commentary preparation.
Serve as primary driver for financial reporting tools, including our corporate consolidation tool, Magnitude, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Support the development and monitoring of SG&A budgets with department stakeholders.
Assist in building basic financial analyses for new products, customer programs, or marketing/trade initiatives.
Help maintain SKU level and customer/channel level P&Ls and margin tracking tools.‑level and customer/channel‑level P\&Ls and margin tracking tools.
What You’ll Bring
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience; internships in finance, accounting, or CPG preferred.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with interest in financial modeling.
Familiarity with corporate consolidation system a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver accurate work on deadlines.

The base comp range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
